So the other day I was fixing mashed potatoes and pork chops and Quincy said she wanted to help me peel the potatoes. Except for one small injury that she bravely took in stride, we faired pretty well. Dinner was a little (okay, a lot) delayed and we used more potatoes than I originally thought we would, as Quincy was a very determined potato peeler (and apparently she thought we were having potato CHIPS for dinner)-- but I guess that is what you do for pre-schoolers to learn new skills, right?

She's an awesome potato peeler! There was hardly any potato left there! :) That's awesome that she'll help you in the kitchen! And hilarious that she thought she was helping make potato chips!
She is such a big girl. She can peel potato's for me any day!
